Why a Green Comma?
The Green Comma (Polygonia faunus) is a species of butterfly found in North America, including Pennsylvania. They are so named because they have a white marking which looks like a comma on the outside of each wing. These butterflies are beautiful as well as adaptable, thriving from Alaska to Appalachia.
We see the butterfly as an idea taking flight, transforming, growing wings and launching skyward with grace and economy. Green Comma Media is proud to be named for such a beast.
